For Those using our motorcoach transportation: Parents, please have campers at the pickup site at least 20-30 minutes prior to departure for loading. Since we need to be on time for the next pickup point, we cannot hold the bus for late arrivals. Please pack a lunch and beverage for the trip to camp only. All remaining food or drink items will be discarded upon arrival to camp. Once campers board the bus, they are not allowed to get off the bus until they reach camp. There is a bathroom on the bus. We will pack a lunch for the trip home. A maximum of 2 bags per camper is allowed! (for example, a tote box or suitcase for clothes & a bag for sleeping bag & pillow) Do not send electronics such as a game boy or CD player for the trip there are movies on the motorcoach and 50 other campers to get to know! |

Milwaukee: Meet at the Brookfield Suites in Brookfield, Wisconsin located on Moorland Road. Take the 894 Bypass west to 94 (to Madison). Moorland Road South is the first exit. The Embassy Suites are just south of the exit on the east side of the road. If you wish to make reservations for the night at the Embassy Suites, their phone number is 1-800-444-6404. To camp: bus leaves at 7:30 a.m. From camp: bus drops off at 5:15 p.m.
Madison: Meet at the Crowne Plaza at 4402 E. Washington Ave. near East Towne Mall. To camp: bus leaves at 8:40 a.m. From camp: bus drops off at 4:10 p.m.
Abbotsford: Meet at the Four Corners Gas Station located on the northeast corner of Hwy. 29 and Hwy. 13. To camp: bus leaves at 11:30 a.m. From camp: bus drops off at 1:10 p.m.
