On September 11, 2011, Jennifer (Little) and Jason Artz welcomed their daughter, Linora Mary Artz. "Linny" weighed in a 7lb, 12 ounces and 20 inches. Mom, Dad and Linny are all doing great! Both Jen and Jason work for the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Jason teaches at the University and is also a Family Counselor. Jen is a Career Counselor.
Jen has been a part of Camp Eagle Ridge since 1998 and was our Assistant Director for many years.
Jolie Emma Schoeneck was born on April 5, 2011 to Katharine and Drew Schoeneck (2001-2004). Jolie weighed in at 8lbs and 7oz and 20.5 inches. She joins her two year old, big brother, Eli.
Drew was a counselor and then, our Waterfront Director from 2001-2004. He remains a very active Camp Eagle Ridge alumni and has often assisted with our waterfront, lifeguards and CPR/First Aid training.
Drew and his family now live in Lake Mills, Wisconsin where he works for the Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation in their Internet Crimes Against Children Taskforce Computer Forensics Unit. "Safety Drew" is continuing to keep our children safe from harm. His wife, Katharine, is an elementary school teacher.
Welcome to the Camp Eagle Ridge family - Caleb Joseph Johnson! Dylan Johnson (1995-2001) and Stephanie (Christensen) Johnson (1998-1999) became parents on May 20, 2011 at 2:49 a.m. Caleb weighed in at 8 lbs 13 oz, 20 inches.
Dylan and Stephanie met as campers, remained friends and starting dating in 2003. They married on June 28, 2008.
Dylan is the food and beverage operations manager at a hotel/conference center in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Stephanie is a supervisor at an appliance, electronics, and furniture store in Waukesha, Wisconsin. They bought their first house about 1 1/2 years ago and love it. Stephanie and Dylan enjoy landscaping and gardening their yard, and spending time with their 6 year old puppy, Cooper.
Marina Johnson (2004-2006) and Jason Stroup gave birth to their daughter, Liliana Rose! Liliana was born June 12, 2011 at 12:28 a.m. Her measurements were 20 inches long and 7 lbs 9.5 oz. Marina says that she "can't wait to tell [her] daughter all about camp"!
